I have often suffered with a bad back and thought it was my lower back! Even my chiropractor didn’t pick up, it was actually my hips. Joss had offered to see me early last year and I didn’t see if I would benefit as no matter what I did the pain was still there, I was wrong after a few treatments I only needed to see her once a month and with the exercises joss had shown I feel remarkably better. I think it really helps to see someone who has suffered back problems and understands the pain.Pam Bains
Joss has been treating me for about three years now, due to the intensity of my training I can develop minor problems which Joss generally sorts out in one treatment. My main injury is related to running – Achilles tendonitis – and unfortunately by its nature this is a recurrent injury, however when I do get flare ups Joss is always able to help speed up my recovery and reduce the risk of secondary problems. Thanks to Joss’ effective treatments I’ve been able to continue to train with confidence and achieve even better results in my 10k races.
As well as her professionalism, I’m always impressed with her continual development as a sports masseur and quest for knowledge. Unlike most sports masseurs, Joss’ approach is to work around the injury first and to identify the root cause, this ultimately is more effective and far less painful! I’m happy to recommend Joss without reservation.Steve Clark
